Ground Turkey Sloppy Joes

14 oz ground turkey, 93% lean14 oz turkey breakfast sausage1 small bell pepper, finely chopped1 small onion, finely chopped2 ribs celery, finely chopped15 oz can tomato sauce1/4 C catsup2 Tbsp brown sugar2 Tbsp yellow mustard
Brown turkey and turkey sausage. Drain, if necessary.
Add chopped vegetables to meat. Cook until vegetables become tender-crisp.
In a small bowl, mix tomato sauce, catsup, brown sugar, and mustard. Cook over low heat for 10 minutes, stirring regularly to prevent sticking.
1 serving = 3 oz
Serve over whole wheat sandwich thins (not included in calorie count).

I use a lot of 1/2 ground turkey/turkey breakfast sausage combos, since my family likes a little zing. Glad you liked it!
