Chicken Stir Fry

Ingredients
1lb boneless skinless chicken breast1-1lb bag bridseye pepper stir fry vegetables1tbsp extra virgin olive oil (for frying)2 tbsp white cooking wine1tbsp light soy sauce1tsp minced garlic1tsp ground ginger1/2 tsp red pepper flakes1tsp cider vinegar
Directions
Cube chicken and mix with soy sauce, wine, garlic, ginger, red pepper and vinegar. Marinate for several hours.

Add 1tbsp olive oil to a wok . Add chicken mixture, peppers and saute until cooked through.

Serve over rice. Not included in nutritional info.
