Ingredients
1.5 cups flour1.5 cups splenda1 tsp nutmeg1 tsp cinnamon1 tsp salt1 tsp baking soda1/2 cup greek fat-free yogurt3 tablespoons (equals one egg) of egg beaters egg whites2.5 cups of chopped apples
Directions
Preheat oven to 350. Chop apples and set aside. Combine all dry ingredients then add wet ingredients. Stir until smooth. Add apples and bake. I took it out at 45 minutes but later put it back in for another 10. Cut AFTER they are completely cool unless you want to eat it in a bowl.
