Awesome Vegan Burgers

Ingredients
3 baked sweet potatoes1 cup frozen spinach, thawed and drained2 cups mushrooms2 cups celery1 cup whole wheat flour
Directions
Bake and mash to sweet potatoes.

If you have a food processor, process the celery, mushrooms, and spinach. If you don't have one, just chop them up VERY finely. Combine with potatoes. Gradually add in the flour until the mixture is sticky and able to hold form.

Form into 2" patties and grill or brown in a pan lightly seasoned with olive oil.

Enjoy like any other burger on a bun with choice toppings, or serve on a bed of lettuce.
