* Olive Oil, 2 tbsp (remove) * Garlic, 1 clove (remove) * Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) (remove) * Zucchini, 2 cup, sliced (remove) * *Summer Squash, 2 medium (remove) * Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 cup, chopped (remove) * *Tomato products, Hunts Diced Tomatoes w/ Basil, undrainedGarlic, and Oregano, 3.5 serving (remove) * Mushrooms, canned, 1 cup (remove) undrained * Salt, 1 tbsp (remove) * Oregano, ground, 1 tbsp (remove) * Basil, 1 tbsp (remove) * Thyme, ground, 1 tbsp (remove) * Parmesan Cheese, grated, 2 tbsp (remove) * Spaghetti, cooked (pasta), 4 cup (remove)you can substitute frozen vegetables or a stir fry mix to cut your prep time
in a saute pan put in onion, garlic, spices and bell pepper cook on medium heat until onion is clear. Then add rest of ingredients except Parmesan cheese and spaghetti noodles, add about one cup of water and cook until vegetables are tender. Cook spaghetti by directions on package. Serve the vegetables over spaghetti noodles add Parmesan cheese to taste.
