Ingredients
Strawberries, fresh, half a cupBlueberries, fresh, 0.6 of a cup Peaches, fresh, 0.4 cup Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp Yogurt, plain, skim milk, 1.5 cupsIce cubes, 8 largeSplenda Brown Sugar Blend, 5 tsp Benefiber (optional)1 large Banana
Directions
Put everything in blender, skip fiber supplement if needed.
Instead of water put ice cubes and freeze fruits before to thicken smoothie.
Serve right away.
