Ingredients
Thomas English Muffin - the original whole grain - 1 muffin, Egg, fresh, 1 large Kraft-low fat american cheese singles-1 sliceOscar Mayer ready to serve canadian bacon-1 slice
Directions
Take a small pyrex or other microwave safe small bowl fill 1/2 full with water, break egg open onto water, pierce yolk, cover with plastic wrap, microwave (this takes one minute in my microwave, you will need to do a bit of trial and error here). While egg is cooking toast english muffin, near the end of the toasting cycle place cheese and canadian bacon on the english muffin. Combine everything and you have a very quick, nutritious breakfast that's great for a busy on the go lifestyle.

    I make something very similar almost every morning with 2 egg whites and any kind of bread product I have on hand. Hamburger buns, pita bread, you name it. I also use low-fat singles but no bacon (I'm not a big fan). I find the eggs really fill me up and keep me going till lunchtime. - 11/27/07
