Ingredients
8-10 Fresh Roma Tomatos1 small red onion3 tbls. fresh chopped basil3 cloves fresh garlic2 tbls. balsamic vinegar3 tbls. extra virgin olive oil1-2 packets of truviasalt and pepper optional
Directions
Chop and dice all ingredients finely and mix together. Serve with any kind of triscuits. Makes 15-20 1 oz servings.
