3/4 c. romaine lettuce2 tsp. crumbled blue cheese1 tsp. sunflower seeds1 tbp. carrots, chopped1 thick tomato slice, cut into 4 pieces2 tsp. Craisins1 oz. steak, sliced thin2 tsp. Wishbone Fat Free Chunky blue cheese salad dressing
Directions
*Makes 1 serving*

1. Combine the first 6 ingredients in a salad bowl.
2. Top with steak slices.
3. Top with salad dressing.
4. Serve and enjoy!

    Wow, this sounds amazing. I'm super picky when it comes to my veggies, which makes making a salad kind of tough. But this sounds amazing! (Although I may have to skip the craisins, haha.) Any salad that helps me get more protein is awesome! - 7/30/07
