Hot Night Pasta Tuna Salad

Ingredients
13.5 oz box Eating Right Whole Grain Rotini (better than pene but nutritional info is the same), cooked and cooled1 Tbs extra virgin olive oil3 cups green grapes1 small jar black olives, sliced2 small cans white albacore tuna packed in water3/4 cups 2% sharp cheddar cheese3/4 cup non-fat greek yogurt1/2 cup 2% milk2 Tbs mayonnaise1 Tbs dijon mustard2 Tbs organic blue agave syrup1 tsp beaumonde seasoningsalt and ground pepper to taste, if desired
Directions
Cook pasta and toss in olive oil. Cool in fridge or in ice bath. If cooled in ice bath, add olive oil after pasta is drained. Toss with tuna, olives, grapes and cheese. Mix yogurt, mayonnaise, milk, agave nectar and seasonings together for dressing and toss. If you are making this ahead keep dressing separage and toss just before serving or the pasta will absorb dressing and salad will be dry. Makes 11 1 cup servings.
