Steak/veggie stir fry - no rice/pasta needed!

2 lbs Steak, sliced1 Zucchini (sliced)2 carrots3 cups shredded cabbage2 red potatoes, chopped1 cup sweet onion4 tbls olive oil3 cups bean sprouts
cut up steak and all veggies. Pour 2 tbls olive oil into a skillet and stir fry the veggies (except for the bean sprouts). Continue cooking until you can pierce the veggies with a fork.
Transfer veggies to a serving bowl. Pour remaining olive oil and stir fry the steak strips. When meat is cooked through, return the veggies and the bean sprouts to the pan and toss together.
