* *Tilapia filet, 16 oz, 4 filets (remove) * Basil, 15 leaves (remove) * Garlic, 2 cloves (remove) * *Tomato products, Hunts Diced Tomatoes w/ Basil, Garlic, and Oregano, 1 serving (remove) * Prego Spaghetti Sauce, 10 tbsp (remove) * Scallions, raw, .5 cup, chopped (remove) * Mushrooms, fresh, .5 cup, pieces or slices (remove) * *fresh cauliflour, 2 cup (remove) * *Lemon Juice, .25 cup (remove) * Pepper, black, 3 tbsp (remove) * Salt, 1 tbsp (remove) * Thyme, fresh, 6 tsp (remove) * Parsley, .25 cup (remove)
Simple, throw all in slow cooker and cook on high for 1 hour. Very flavorful and can add any other veggys you want.
