Ingredients
Directions
Extra Lean Ground Turkey Breast, (5 oz) La ranchera corn tortillas 2, (1 serving) Daisy (Light Sour Cream), (1.50 tbsp) Hunt's Tomatoe Sauce, (0.25 cup) Onions, raw, (3 tbsp chopped) Lime Juice, juice of 1 lime, (2 tbsp) Taco Seasoning, Bold Penzeys Spices 2 tsp 6g, (0.50 serving) Pepper, black, (1 tsp) jalapenos, (1 serving) Cumin, (0.50 tsp) Cilantro, raw, (3 tbsp)
Start browning the meat until it is cooked. While the meat is browning go ahead and finely chop the onions, cilantro and jalapenos, and half them into two piles. Then when the meat is done browning add the cumin, pepper and taco seasoning. Let cook for a minute or two. Then add the tomato sauce, half of the onions and cilantro plus some of the jalapenos and let simmer for a few minutes or until the onions are tender. While that is cooking, start to warm up the tortillas ( you can use the microwave for a softer tortilla, or you can work them up on the grill/over the flame). To put together everything, get the tortillas and add the sour cream, sprinkle the some of the left over jalapenos, onions and cilantro. Throw on the meat and give it some lime juice on each taco, then enjoy!!! Two tacos is considered one serving.
