Hearty Chicken & Noodle Casserole

Ingredients
1 can (10 3/4oz) cream of chicken soup1/2 cup milk1/4 tsp ground black pepper1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated1 cup frozen mixed vegetables2 cups cubed cooked chicken2 cups medium egg noodles, cooked and drained (can also use corkscrew-shaped pasta)1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
Directions
1. Stir soup, milk, black pepper, Parmesan cheese, vegetables, chicken and noodles in 1 1/2-qt. casserole.
2. Bake at 400 degrees F. for 25 min. or until hot. Stir.
3. Top with the Cheddar cheese.

    I actually doubled the receipe so we can have leftovers for lunch. I used 1 can of cream of mushroom and 1 can of cream of chicken. Also added some garlic powder and bread crumbs on top to add a crunch. Going to keep this one close by :) - 4/11/11
