Chipotle Chicken Taco Wrap

1 pound boneless skinless chicken breast grilled and diced1 cup frozen sweet corn thawed1 cup no salt added black beans1/2 cup red onion thinly sliced2 cups shredded romaine lettuce4 fit and active multi grain wrap (100 cal each)For the dressing:1/2 cup low fat sour cream2 tbl chipotle salsa2 tbl chopped cilantro1 tbl chili powder1 tbl cumin powderzest and juice of one lime
Grill and dice the chicken. Mix with corn, onion, black beans and lettuce.
For the dressing mix low fat sour cream, chipotle salsa, cumin, chili powder, and cilantro. Add zest of lime and fresh squeezed lime juice. Mix well.
Mix dressing with chicken mixture. Divide evewnly between each of the wraps. Make 4 servings of a nicely sized wrap each.
