2 cucumbers, Peeled chopped 2 tbls onion, chopped2 tbls sour cream, reduced fatsalt and pepper to taste
peel and chop cucumber into small pieces and place in bowl. Cut up onion and place in bowl. Add sour cream and salt and pepper to taste. Place in frige for 20 min. so flavors will mingle. Will make 4 1-cup servings
