Amy's Layered Salad

Ingredients
1 cup Smart Balance Spin Blend Omega Salad Dressing1 cup Greek Yogurt, zero fat, plain3/4 cup Kraft Parmesan cheese1 tsp. black pepper1/2 tsp. garlic salt6 (or more) cups Spring Mix lettuce (or your favorite lettuce)2 cups frozen peas (thawed)2 cups fresh broccoli florets (chopped)1 cup finely diced celery3/4 cup chopped scallions4 hard boiled eggs, chopped2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese1 pkg Hormel bacon bits
Directions
Mix first 5 ingredients (through garlic salt) together until smooth. In a glass pan or bowl, layer lettuce, then peas, then broccoli, then celery, then scallions, then eggs. Carefully spread dressing over top. Sprinkle cheese evenly over top, then bacon bits. Chill until ready to serve.
