Chinese Cabbage Salad

Ingredients
2 packages of Ramen noodles (noodles only)2/3 cupalmonds2/3 cup pumpkin seeds2/3 cup sunflower seeds2 tablespoons of butter - melted(combine above on a cookie sheet and brown in oven for 20 minutes at 350 degrees)1# shredded cabbage (I use bagged)1/2 cup red or green pepper- finely chopped1/2 cup green onion - finely choppeddressing:1/2 cup oil2 seasoning packets from Ramen noodle1/2 cup sugar1 tablespoon soy sauce1/3 cup vinegarStir cooled noodle mixture into vegetables. Put dressing on a half hour before serving. Be sure to stir as dressing settles to the bottom.
