Greek Chicken & Cucumber Pita Sandwiches

Ingredients
1 lb skinless boneless chicken, cooked and chopped1 cup Greek yogurt (plain)1 tsp minced garlic2 tsp fresh mint, chopped1/2 tsp honey1 cup cucumber, peeled and chopped1 tomato, diced5 pita pocketsSalt and pepper to taste
Directions
In a medium sized bowl, mix all ingredients. Warm pita pockets and fill with mixture.

I served this with corn-on-the-cob. A perfect summer dinner, and my 1, 3, and 5 year old each ate it too!
