Chicken of the Sea Smoked salmon pouch - 3 oz.1 cup shredded swiss cheese2 Tbsp four1/2 cup chopped onion4 eggs1 cup milk1/4 tsp salt1/8 tsp red pepper flakes
Makes 8 slices (1 slice per serving)
Mix first 4 ingredients and place in greased pie plate. In bowl beat eggs, milk and seasonings. Pour over first mixture in pie plate. Bake at 350 for 35-40 minutes. Let stand for 10 minutes before slicing. Serve with fruits and or veggies.
