Ingredients
1 - Package of Brown Rice Spirals1 - Lb. of Boneless, Skinless Chicken Thighs1 - Jar of Sun-Dried Tomatoe Alfredo Sauce1 - Med. Onion
Directions
Cook pasta as directed.

While the pasta is cooking saute onion and chicken.

Pour sauce over chicken and onions and simmer on low.

When pasta is done. Rinse. and pour over chicken mixture.

Serves 8.(250g. each)......Great with steamed broccoli or side salad..or both :0)
