SPaghetti with Garlic & Olive Oil

Ingredients
1 box of thin spaghetti1/3 C Fresh parsley, chopped1/4 C Grated Parmesan3 cloves garlic, minced1/3 evoo1/4 t red pepper flakes
Directions
Cook pasta according to pkg directions. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic, parsley and red pepper flakes to oil--saute 2 to 3 minutes.
Drain pasta; reserve 1/2 C pasta water. Immediately add hot pasta to skillet and stir in reserved cooking water. Mix well.
Add cheese and toss lightly.
Transfer to serving platter or bowl.
