Potato Salad

Ingredients
* Baked Potato, with skin, 2 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) * Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) * Salt, 2 dash * Pepper, black, 2 dash * Dill weed, fresh, 2 sprigs * Hard Boiled Egg, 2 large * Olive Oil, 2 tbsp
Directions
First boil the eggs and bake the potatoes (I microwave them).

Chop/slice/dice (as you wish and like) all ingredients and mix them well into a large bowl, separate in two servings... and enjoy.

Extra olive oil is very tempting, since the dish tends to feel quite dry.
