No Bake Cookies, lower calorie & lower fat

Ingredients
1 3/4 cups splenda for baking1/2 cup skim milk1/2 cup butter4 Tbls unsweetened cocoa3 cups quick cook oats1 tsp vanilla extract
Directions
Mix splenda, milk, butter and cocoa in large pot and melt over med heat
once boiling, cook for one minute
Remove from heat and stir in peanut butter, oats and vanilla
drop by spoonfulls onto wax paper
Cool

Makes approx 25 cookies
