Cream of wheat made with 2% Milk

Ingredients
3 tbs Dry Cream of Wheat1 1/4 c 2% Milk1 tbs Sugar
Directions
Heat Milk to just boiling then spoon dry cream of milk one tablespoon at a time whisking to incorporate until blended. Bring back to a boil then turn down to low simmering cook for 2 and half minutes roughly. Add one tablespoon of sugar stir then enjoy. Makes one serving.
