Low Sodium Brown Rice Pico

Ingredients
6 cherry tomatoes2 Jalapeno peppers, chopped and seeded1/2c onion, chopped1 lime2c Brown instant rice2 Garlic cloves
Directions
Cook rice by following instructions for 4 servings. As the rice is cooking mix together the tomato, jalapeno, onion, garlic, and lime juice. Stir and put it inot the refrigerater until he rice is done. When rice is done, stir in cilantro and mixture in the fridge.
