Challah French Toast

Ingredients
One 16 oz loaf of Challah sliced into 12 slices6 large eggs - beaten well1/8 c of sugar1/4 c of 1% milk1/2 tsp Ground Cinnamon1/2 tsp Ground Nutmeg1 tsp Vanilla Extract1 tsp Almond Extract2 Tbsp Canola Oil
Directions
Combine beaten eggs, milk, sugar, spices and extracts in a wide, shallow bowl. Beat well with a fork or whisk. Slize Challah into 12 slices. Heat Canola oil in large skillet, dip Challah into egg mixture and cook in heated oil until golden brown, flip and cook other side until golden brown. Drain on paper towel lined platter. Can be drizzled with real maple syrup or served with fresh fruit such as strawberries.
