Ingredients
2 Tbsp of butter2 tbsp of flour1 cup of Milk1 cup of shredded cheesedash of saltdash of pepper
Directions
1. In a saucepan add the 2 Tbsp of margarine bring to sizzle on medium heat.
2. Slowly add flour while stirring. The mixture will become thick
3. Stir in milk slowly stirring constantly. Stirring to desired thickness.
4. Add cheese to mixture and stir constantly until all cheese is melted.
5. Add dash of salt and pepper.
