Honey Soy Asian Marinade

1/4 cup light soy sauce2 tbsp brown sugar1 tbsp honey1 tsp minced ginger1 tbsp minced onion (or 1 tsp onion powder)1 tsp minced garlic (or 1 tsp garlic powder)
1. Pour soy sauce, brown sugar, honey, ginger, onion, and garlic into a bowl and mix together
3. Pour mixture into gallon plastic bag
4. Add meat to mixture
5. Coat meat evenly. Seal bag. Place in refrigerator to marinade for at least 30min (the longer the better)
