1 cup milk of your choice (I prefer vanilla soy milk or almond milk)1/4 cup rolled oats1/3 cup blueberries1/2-1 teaspoon honeyA couple of dashes of cinnamonA few pieces of ice
Directions
1. Place all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth and frothy. Add more milk if you prefer it thinner.
