Black Bean and Brown Rice Burgers

Ingredients
Can of black beans1 .25 cups cooked brown rice2 T olive oil.75 c bread crumbs can of diced chilesmedium onioncilantro if desiredsalt and pepper if desired
Directions
Heat olive oil, add onion and saute until soft. Add garlic and halepeno. Saute for 2 more minutes. Combine black beans, brown rice, and bread crumbs, pulse through food processor.
Form 4 patties. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1/2 hour. To cook, heat oil in skillet and cook for about 4 minutes per side.
Can be served with a grilled roll, lettuce and tomato.
Should make 4 burgers, but I usually get 4 and a small one leftover.
