Lisa's Chocolate Oatmeal Drop Cookies

Ingredients
1 and 1/2 Cups Sugar1/2 cup splenda for baking2 cups Oatmeal2 tablespoons Country Crock spread1/2 cup Milk 2%1 tsp. vanilla extract1/2 Hershey's Cocoa powder
Directions
Add sugar, splenda, country crock, 2% milk, cocoa in pan on stovetop. Cook at rolling boil, stirring constantly, for 1 and 1/2 minutes. Remove from heat. Add vanilla. Add oats, stir until all oats coated. Scoop out in big tablespoons on to aluminum foil. Let cool for 30 minutes. Store in sealed container. No refrigeration necessary. You can substitute peanut butter for the country crock. Enjoy!!
