Chicken Adobo with Brown Rice

Ingredients
2 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts, cut in bite size pieces1.5 Cups Water.5 Cup White Vinegar4 Tablespoons of Soy Sauce1 Clove Garlic, crushedPepper to taste1.5 cups Brown Rice (uncooked)4 Cups Water
Directions
Cook Rice by directions (this will take longer than 30 minutes)

Cut chicken into bite size pieces, crush garlic and add all ingredients except for rice and flour. Simmer/Cook for 15 minutes or until chicken is done. Thicken with flour and pour over cooked brown rice.

Fix steamed broccoli and you have a meal. Also, great as left overs!!!!
