For dough:2 cups of pastry flour.5 tsp salt.5tsp baking powder2/3 cup of better butter or smart balance light.33 cup milk For filling:4 cups finely diced potatoes.5 onion chopped3 carrots diced.5 ground beef browned1.5 cups pizza sauce low sodiumgrated cheese for topping.Mix all dough dry ingre. throughly than add better butter chopping mix into crumbs. add milk blending well. ROll out half of the dough and line large pan. Preheat oven 350o. Mix filling ingre's.and pour over dough in pie pan. Top with lowfat cheese.Roll out remaining dough and place on top. Poke hole in top.Seal edges Bake for 1 hour.
I am assuming it would make 8 to 10 servings. the Recipe did not show how many servings since it was an amish recipe.
