Take a large container (32 oz) of both vanilla fat free yogurt and plain fat free yogurt. Mix with approximately 1/2 cup of brown sugar. Mix well. Meanwhile, prep your fruit. You can use whatever fruit is on hand, or season. Mix the prepped fruit with the yogurt. Let sit in fridge for at least 30 minutes. The serving sizes depend on how large you cut your fruit and how much fruit you add.
Around 10 1 cup servings. It all depends on how big you cut your fruit up.
