Ingredients
*Potato, raw, 2 large (3" to 4-1/4" dia.), cut into bite sized chunks Zucchini, 2 cup, sliced Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 cup, strips Olive Oil, 3 tbsp salt and pepper or other seasonings to taste.
Directions
combine all ingredients in a foil packet, grill for about 30 minutes until potaotes are soft.
