Peach, Banana and Muesli Breakfast Smoothie

Ingredients
1 cup nonfat milk100 grams low fat yogurt1 medium fresh banana1 medium fresh peach40 grams (about 4 tbsp) muesli
Directions
Makes 3 servings
Freeze the fruit and then cut into small pieces. Put into a blender along with cool nonfat milk and low fat yogurt. Blend till smooth. Great brekkie option for all the smoothie lovers.
