More Then Carrot Cake

Ingredients
cake:2 c White whole wheat flour1 c Sugar2 tsp Baking powder1 tsp Baking soda1/2 tsp Salt2 tsp Cinnamon2 c Shredded carrot (about 4)1/4 c Canola oil1 c Yogurt (fage)1/2 c Crushed pineapple (drained)1/2 c Coconut (sweetened or unsweetened)2 tsp Vanilla extract3 Eggsfrosting:1/2 package Light cream cheese1/2 c Yogurt (fage)1/2 c Powdered sugar1 orange zested1 tbl orange juice
Directions
Cake:
Combine dry ingredients (first 7).

Combine wet ingredients (last 7).

Combine dry and wet ingredients.

Bake for an hour (give or take), until toothpick comes out clean.

Frosting:
Mix all ingredients with a mixer until creamy and combined
