Corn and Black Bean Salsa Chicken

Ingredients
* Chicken Breast, no skin, 4 breast, cut in half * Black Beans, Rinsed, 3.5 cup * Sweet Corn, Fresh, .5 cup * salsa, white corn and black bean, 12 tbsp
Directions
place chicken breasts in baking dish
pour salsa over each piece
pour black beans over the top, then sprinkle corn over

Bake at 400 until chicken is no longer pink. Stir beans, corn and salsa about halfway through cooking, or combine in bowl before pouring over chicken.
8 servings (half breast is a serving, about 3 oz chicken, with salsa & beans spooned over each piece)
