Grilled Pizza

Ingredients
1 cup Bread Flour1 cup Whole Wheat Flour1 tsp. yeastsalt1 tbs. sugar1cup water4 tbs. olive oilgarlic oil, fontina, parmesean, tomatoes, basil
Directions
Pulse flour and dry ingredients in food processor. Slowly add oil, then enough water to form ball. Place in bowl, cover and let rise for at least 2 hours. Form dough into 4 individual pizzas. Throw on oiled grill, medium heat.. WATCH IT! Take off grilled when one side is cooked. Put thin layer of garlic oil, then toppings on cooked side and take back to grill. Cook indirectly at this point.
