Low Fat Biscotti

Ingredients
1/2 cup applesauce1 cup sugar3 1/4 cup flour1 large egg2 large egg whties1 tbsp vanilla extract2 oz slivered almonds1 tbsp baking powder3 tbsp melted almond bark
Directions
1 cookie of 42...mix wet ingredients...add dry ingredients...baking on cookie sheet sprayed with cooking spray...shape into 2 logs..bake for 20-26 minutes...remove to cooling rack...cut in 1/2 inch diagonal pieces..put back on cookie sheet and bake for an additonal 10 minutes until dry.
Melt almond bark and drizzle 1/2 tsp over each cookie
