Smoked Baby Back Ribs

Ingredients
1/2 cup brown sugar1 tbsp. chilli powder1 tbsp. sea salt1/4 cup paprika1 tbsp. onion salt1 tsp. cayenne powder1tbsp. garlic powder1 tbsp. fresh ground pepper1/4 cup olive oil1 cup Barbecue Sauce2 Racks of Pork Loin Back Ribs
Directions
1. Make the Kansas City Rub: Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl (Can save in a plastic bag forever)

2. Rub the ribs with a bit of olive oil and then rub the dry ingredients into the pork: apply dry ingredients liberally (both sides)

3. Oven on baking Sheet 250 degrees for 3-3 1/2 hours

4. Finish on the BBQ @ 350 degrees
- 5-10min (baste twice with BBQ Sauce)
- Leave the lid up to finish (last baste)
