Italian Chicken Tortellini Soup

Ingredients
1 1/2c frozen cheese tortellini12oz cooked chicken shredded1 cup onions, chopped1T italitan seasoning4c reduced fat chicken broth28oz canned crushed tomatoessalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Spray a large pot with cooking spray. Saute chopped onion and garlic until tender. Add tomato puree, broth and spices. Cook for 30minutes at a simmer. Bring to a boil and add 1 1/2c frozen tortellini. Cook until aldente. Lower heat to low and add cooked shredded chicken. Cook until chicken is warm, do not let soup boil or it will toughen your chicken. Divide into 4 servings. Serve topped with shredded parm cheese optional (if topping w/cheese account for additional calories)
