Tomato Basil and Brie spread

Ingredients
~4 ripe large tomatoes, seeded and cut into 0.5 inch cubes~1 lb brie, rind removed, cheese cut into pieces~1 cup fresh basil leaves, cut into strips~3 cloves garlic, finely minced~0.66 cup olive oil~1 teaspoon salt~0.5 teaspoon feshly ground pepper
Directions
Combine all ingredients and let sit for 2 hours at room temperature. Serve with slices of frrench bread at room temp. so the Brie will spread. Cut bread to 0.5 inch thick and spread 1 tablespoon of spread onto the slices.
