Ingredients
* Banana, ripe, 1 cup, mashed * Whole Wheat Flour, 1 cup * Instant oats, 1 cup, * splenda .33 cup * 2 egg whites * Baking Powder, 1 tsp * Baking Soda, 1 tsp * Walnuts, .25 cup, chopped (optional) * Dannon fat free plain yogurt, .5 cup * Applesauce, unsweetened, .5 cup
Directions
pretty simple, just mix it all together and baking in a bread loaf pan! oh at 350 degrees for about an hour.

can use more splenda if you want it to be sweeter. its not very sweet with just 1/3 cup.

if you add the walnuts, its about 163 calories per serving! but i figure, walnuts are good for you, 20 extra cals should be okay.

I used old fashioned oats, greek yogurt, a whole egg instead of egg whites, doubled the splenda and added cinnamon. I made muffins for better portion control. next time I will spray the muffin papers as they stuck pretty good. I will make these again. - 1/12/13

I made muffins, easier to eat. I used old fashioned oats and these turned out fine. I also used 1/3 c. brown sugar instead of splenda. I really liked the oatmeal and yogurt in this recipe. - 6/2/08
