ham stew

Ingredients
1 lb leftover ham20 oz. peeled, cooked potatoes12 oz. carrots, cut and cooked2 cups juice from ham2 tbsp. flour1/4 cup water
Directions
peel, cut, and cook carrots and potatoes. Mix flour with water. Add to ham juice. Add juice and ham to potatoes/carrots. Heat until juice boils and thickens slightly. Reduce heat to low and simmer until ready to serve.
