Caprese Melt

Ingredients
Tomato slice 1/4" thickMozzarella sliced 1/4" thick2 slices wheat bread3 basil leavesOlive oil
Directions
Brush olive oil on to one side of bread and place oil side down on baking tray. Place tomato, mozzarella cheese and basil leaves on slice. Brush olive oil on to one side of bread and place oil side up on sandwich. Then place broil sandwich for 3 - 5 minutes.
