Oatmeal Crepes (DOSA)

Ingredients
* *Urad Dal, 1 cup * Old Fashioned Quaker Oatmeal- Plain (1/2 cup dry), 1 serving * Salt, 1 tbsp * Paprika, 1 tbsp * *Coriander, fresh, 4 tbsp * White Rice, short grain, .06 cup
Directions
Soak the ingredients in water for 2hours and then blend it to make a crepe batter consistency.

Pour half a cup on a hot pan and spread it across..u dont need oil to roast it but you could spray some PAM.

Then once it gets done , flip it to the other side.

U could add onions, or any stuffing to it.
