1 can pineapple chunks in juice (UNdrained)1 banana, peeled and halved2 c frozen blueberries2 T ground flaxseed1.5 cups of swiss chard, torn up
Directions
Put all ingredients into a blender (pineapple on the bottom) and blend until smoothified ;)
