Garlic Guacamole

Ingredients
2 avocados1/2 lemon, juiced1/4 tsp salt2 tbls. olive oil, extra virgin1 or 2 cloves garlic, crushedOptional, 1/4 tsp chipotle chili pepper. Use more or less to taste preference.
Directions
Cut avocados into halves. Remove seeds. Scoop out pulp into a small bowl. Mash with a fork, or pastry cutter. Sir in lemon juice, garlic, salt and olive oil. Cover and refridgerate for approx. 1 hour before serving.

Makes approximately 2 cups.
Serving size 2 tbsp.
